Summary: Wonderful views, wonderful breakfast. Self service kiosk was not working for snacks and they wouldn’t let us purchase at desk. Had to put things back. That’s hard for kiddos.

Summary: I got to hotel and they didn’t have my reservation right so I had to go through a lot of back and forth with a representative to get it straightened out. Luckily they still had a room

Summary: When we arrived our room was not quite ready. That was ok the staff right away gave us free parking & offered us a water while we waited. They recognized it quickly and took care of us quickly. Really nice place to stay. The room was really good. I am a family of 5 so sometimes a little crowded.

Summary: The lady who helped us checked in the evening was very nice and helpful. The location is great, at the center of the Old market and you can easily walk everywhere. Room needs some improvement. Room feels old. We booked 2 rooms, one room AC was not working properly. Stays at 78F the whole time during heatwave. Would recommend if you want to be close to Old Market but not the amenities .

Summary: Booked a two queen room thru hotels.com and showed up to sold out hotel with only a king and couch. Hotel manager said this happens all the time thru the app. I’d be embarrassed to work for this company.

Summary: We stayed on the 7th floor. At night it was very noisy outside If anyone wanted to stay for business i wouldn't recommend staying if you want sleep. The cleaning service was okay the lady who cleaned my room wasn't the person who was assigned to it but was willing to clean it, she was very sweet to do that. A visiting child threw up in the pool, but the hotel staff got right on it and cleaned the pool.
